I used their fax service but apparently the recipient never received that fax. I called the next day and the store manager Diane answered and said they'd refax it and give me a refund. I told her I didn't need the refund, I just needed it refaxed. They took care of it without any hassles.

Bought a propane tank from United and when I hooked it up it leaked. I took it back and told them what happened. They exchanged the tank with another tank without any hesitation. Only place I get propane is United in Elk city.

I Love United Super Market. The meat department seems to be the most fresh & natural of most. Easy to find items. The deli is really good at lunch. The employees seem to have a since of humor & that's awesome

Very nice staff , thank you for carrying OK. made goods & for letting us use the restroom. But...the restroom was in dire need of attention there was no soap or towels, toilet& floor was filthy & it smelled really bad.

I love shopping at United ! I have shopped there for over 30 yrs. I feel there prices are ever bet as good as Walmart & some better. They have willing workers to help you & I like there meat market. The store is clean & during the pandemic they did extra care.

Close to home grew up going to that store .my grandpa Carl used to sale them produce watermelon s and cantaloupe s.yummy lots of memories
